Breaking Records

In room 6 for the last four weeks we have been using an amazing kit to help us develop our knowledge about Statistics and Measurement. We have researched what it takes to create a world record, created our own records and now we are testing and challenging them.

While we are testing our records we are using lots of mathematical language, measuring things using the metric system, converting measurements, collecting data, organising data, analysing data and soon we will be presenting and displaying data.

We are having so much fun working with friends and using our Sunnyhills GEMS to help us create our world records.

Check out some of the photos from today!

Well done Room 6... I was in your class when you started this challenge. Great to see what some of your "titles" could potentially be... IF... you won a World Record! Good luck
