Music Assembly

On Thursday 7th February, we had Jordan and Shaun come to school to demonstrate to the Kauri Whanau some of the instruments that they offer lessons on. The lessons will happen before and after school during the term. All of the students at the assembly were enraptured!

A huge thank you to the AMAZING E-Pacs Lion & Dance Group for coming to Sunnyhills to show and teach us about the Chinese Lion Dance. We had so much fun listening to you and now know so much more about Chinese New Year. Safe and Strong Online

Continuing on from our amazing lesson with Mrs Lee in the Exploration Station, we have been working on our projects to share our knowledge on how to be safe and strong online. It is so important that we are aware of the dangers that could happen and what we can do if we don't feel safe. We really love coming into the Exploration Station where we can create games online with Scratch, film videos with our friends and make wonderful models and game boards. Rebecca and Danielle have already created and completed a video showing what they know about being safe and strong online. Check it out below.
